Seeing attacks

I'm a little confused. Can people still see attackers when they hit others? I have a character that was attacked recently, and I RP'd avoiding a shot that missed me... Other people in the town seemed surprised that I'd been attacked...

Is this just a glitch, or is this an actual change?

I think it has something to do with an error, I'm not sure though. We also can't talk to people from on a bike anymore and I really hope that's an error because that makes less since then not being able to see someone else get attacked.

Both sound like (serious) bugs - I am not aware of any intentional changes in this area.

Yeah my char was in the middle of a town takeover and didn't even know it was happening... :P But he was on neutral territory so I don't think he was attacked, but someone said they didn't mean to attack me, I didn't even know I was attacked?

Yeah I was in the forest and Crag was "experimenting" on people - I saw none of the attacks
