That population exploded soooo fast. Shame it was only temporary, the game needs more big, lively towns. But as near as I can tell there were something like 10 sailors descending on it at once, three or four newspawns one after another plus a few people walking in from other towns? Just kind of one big weird unplanned event that may not ever be repeated again.

Last time I had a char there there was one semi-awake old lady and four sleepers. (the complainer being one of the latter...so if nothing else all the excitement at least got her checking her character again)

I haven't roleplayed anything this raw and realistic in ages. Common sense tells to kill the witness, but when a prisoner is this raw and true to his character I can't help but let him go with a bribe. The language barrier only made me enjoy the whole situation more.
