Character page not fully loaded

My character page seems to be only partially loaded, most of the icons are missing, but more importantly I can only see 2 of my 5 characters listed, but with some SQL errors where the current project should be. I can click on the icon okay which takes me to that character, but the others just aren't there, and neither is any of the main icons at the bottom for new characters, logging out etc.

Update - Don't know if this is a MYSQL error but my second character has this error where the project should be:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: strength_needed_to_drag() in /home/cantr/public_html/page.player.inc.php on line 268

And this is also the very last line of the page. This character was helping to drag someone from a vehicle he wasn't in, and when I last looked it was at 166%

All you have to do is stop dragging, this happens often. Stop dragging and the rest of your people will show up again.
