I'm just happy that my career in English ended years ago (both studying/teaching wise)... And goodness knows just how much my accent changed from my first days of uni till it finally settled into whatever it is now.

"One would not be considered shitted" made me laugh, as it's definitely the sort of stuff that I used to write for my legal essays (along with the rest of the students) until I learnt by hard experience in the form of negative marks for "not speaking English", and my train of thought somehow brought me to this:

I don't live in Sussex, but one of the names on that list shares its name with the area I lived in previously and it sounds like a very nasty word!

By my quick search I'd say it's a real Latin word, and thus a good root for English words, but not on it's own a real English one.

Vindiction is, but verdict and indict works as well.

Really really upset with Microsoft right now. Possibly just lost access to all of my character logs because trying to...get this, send an email, with my email account (GASP!) counts as 'suspicious activity' and gets me immediately locked out. The site claimed it was texting me a code but never did even after I requested it several times, and of course there's no way to actually contact a human being in support anywhere on the site.

It's that last part that's more frustrating then anything, even though 'trying to send email from email account' takes the cake for most ridiculous thing to trip some idiotic automated defense...what else does it expect you to do with emails, but send them?

I've started copying and pasting the logs for my two favorite characters into one big document a week at a time just so I hopefully never run into that problem. Going to start keeping copies of their journal entries too.

I was able to leave the apartment for the first time since Tuesday and it felt amazingly good. I did get a coughing bout on the bus but fortunately no one complained. It's annoying when people don't understand that once it starts, I can't control when it stops because my airways are hypersensitive and anything can trigger it.
