Yesterday, I receieved an email from the Bursar's office at my college saying that I still owe over $2,000 in tuition, and if I don't get it paid by Sunday, then I won't be allowed to return for the Spring semester. I emailed her back, explaining my current situation (my parents recently kicked me out of the house for reasons that I do not wish to elaborate upon), and asking if there was anything I could do about this. So, she asked me if I still had money left over from a refund check that was sent to my parents' house near the end of September. The check was worth over $3,000! It left the Bursar's account at the beginning of October, and it didn't show up in any of my account records, so my mother obviously didn't cash it into one of my accounts.

The Bursar's office and I emailed back and forth for a while trying to sort things out, and then the woman sent me a copy of the cashed check that they received. I printed this off and brought it to my bank, hoping to get some answers. My mother happened to be the only teller working there, so I had no choice but to speak to her about it (she did not seem very happy about it). She said that she figured that the check was for school, so she put it into her account for safekeeping.

This entire situation made me angry for quite a few reasons.
1) She went through my mail. She had kicked me out oficially by this point, so she had no business going through my mail.
2) She neglected to tell me about the check at all.
3) She put it into /her own account/. Again, she kicked me out at this point. It should have gone into my account.

Had the Bursar's office not told me about the check in the first place, I would not be going back to college this semester. Needless to say, yesterday was a very stressful day for me. And my mother still hasn't put the money into my account.

As long as your car isn't searched, it's easy to hide something in it (on the back bench, for example?) If I understood it correctly, they did arrive by car, ergo, not very hard to get one into Paris, after you have somehow aquired them.

As long as governments keep respecting our rights of freedom (which I do hope they will ) things like this can't be totally prevented...

They came from Syria. And yes, you are right, by car, or even easier, ussing ferries. I don't know how it's on this latitude, but in Gibraltar the control of the ferries is a mess.

So one of my characters that spawned in a polish area, I'm trying to have him learn, also refusing to use google translate, but so much activity I going on, I can tell whether I'm coming or going. I'm trying really hard, (as the character and player) To at least learn something, but my perspective its ultimately futile. And I have no idea if they are even regarding me or not, due to the fact I don't know the language. Not to mention I kind of don't even want to check on the character, because I can't even find my spot where my char said something and don't know if there are any reactions other than distain. Any tips?

CTRL + F on the keyboard, type in "You say" and it should take you to the last/first instance of you speaking depending on sort order.

I appreciate it, but I do most of my checking on mobile. What I mean I, "any tips or tricks on how to keep an interest on my char" I know nothing of what's going on, and while I've had him try to learn, its ultimately futile to a point I want him to fade away. Then I can be the fader, not the runner.

If you're using mobile Chrome, there's also a "find in page" option in the menu. Not sure about other browsers, though.
