Agreed, and I wish the filters would be expanded to allow for names. (ie. only show when Character A does or says something). Using the find function in the browser is doable, but not nearly an enjoyable experience.

I do agree as well. I only play four characters, but if a town is busy it tends to cut down on interactions with others because they, too, are not in the mood to search through so many events. I can't blame them, though it does irk me a little. Wish there were a good solution for that (grouping of characters, for example), because in big towns so many groups are separate from others that you can't possibly expect to interact with all of them. In fact, when someone does do that they tend to be very annoying.

This is why Vlotryan is the city of whispers. 100+ people there, but in most English towns whisperers get moaned at!

It would indeed be a sight if an English character ever said: There's no need to shout, you can take it private. The whole town doesn't have to hear.

That feeling of having to build a tool to build the tool that finally makes the object you want...
It begins with a character, usually, and once he stands up on his feet and begins to move, all I can do is trot along behind him with a paper and pencil trying to keep up long enough to put down what he says and does.

Well...could be worse.

You could have to build a tool that builds the tool needed to make a machine that builds a tool to make a part that goes into the thing you want to make.

In the past it was carving knife -> mallet + chisel -> small sharpening block + work bench -> peen hammer + 3 other tools just to make a sword. Now at least the mallet has been eliminated, so you no longer need a carving knife either. Also unless I'm wrong, all swords require an anvil, so you might have to build that as well.

Luckily now most towns have developed infrastructure so we don't have to worry about that (unless you spawn in place middle of nowhere  )

People are often complaining about how Cantr world is too big but sometimes it feels too small. I have 4 characters permanently residing on Cantr island, one who is temporarily visiting but will leave soon, and one who spawned on Cantr island and might go back in the near future. Then I also have three characters on Fu, although in different parts of it. Only 2 on Threefeather plus one visiting. When characters move around a lot, it creates a feeling of "I would rather not visit places I have already recently visited with my other character" so it limits down places my characters can travel to.

I don't think it limits the places... I have a lot of characters on Treefeather, two on Omeo, one on Fu, two in the K Islands, and three on Cantr. That still leaves the Seven Islands, Hisislands, Pangea, Boletus, Haven/Sanctum (which I have a dead character who used to live there), and a whole lot of little islands in those areas that I've yet to see. Even with 15 characters, the world is still quite large. And just because I've been somewhere with a character before doesn't mean it's not interesting to go back later.

What might seem limited is known English places. But I've run into many English characters (and even have some) who live in places other than those that most people know.

What I find is that there's so much RP and society revolved around trying to get characters to settle down. Travellers are often encouraged not to travel - and I think it's fun to travel. I have some former travelers that want to travel again, but those around them in their chosen homes discourage it, so they often don't because their friends discourage it. Sometimes it feels as if my characters have to betray people in order to travel.

I've two characters on Treefeather and the number of times I've thought 'that seems to be a really common name around here' when someone's introduced to one of my characters and then later realised it's the same person is getting embarrassing :/ It also feels pretty weird when I know who a character's player is from something they did around one character and then my other character meets them.

Overall I've only got characters on three islands and I've only seen about 30 locations so the world's still seeming pretty big to me.
