Cannot log in

HELP I am a new spawn, recieved conformation and ID # , when I log in, it does not list characters so I cannot do ANY THING . Also it says thant my country is Zambia?, I am from the USA? I sent email to players@cantr.net , what else can I do?

Someone will rescue you soon enough. Just hang tight . You can always ask about something like this in the General Support. I might be wrong, but that's where I'd go.

The problem with the character page should be solved. That you're suddenly from Zambia sounds really odd ...

I now have my charactors, but It still says I live in Zambia!!!! Never even been there before!!

That happened to me too. I think when I was originally filling in my information, I accidently hit the scroll wheel on my mouse while the country pull down menu was still selected and so I got Zambia, which is one below the US. Unfortunately there's no place to edit your country information, but seeing as it has no effect on anything, I guess it really doesn't matter.
