I assume by default that everybody has Cupid's bow lips, so there's no need to state it unless your character is one of the few people that has the genetic anomaly that causes the lack of it.

Now it makes perfect sense. Thank you!

Hm, so, is this an automated thing? like, the verb sewing gets translated as a verb, and not the whole phrase describing the action? If so, I guess it makes sense, since you'd have to balance the accuracy across all languages. It seems like a strange way to do things, though. I would have expected each project to come with its own phrase, in each language. (Also, 'making' would be my choice in verbs for all jewelry)

I always assumed the word "sewing" was used to prevent confusion over which skill was applied toward making jewelry.

Yep. The tag for it looks like this:
Code: Select all
Sewing <CANTR REPLACE NAME=item_#OBJECT#_o>
Each object to be made gets linked to a verb, so it's not entirely automated (not necessarily each clothing item has "sewing" in the project) but it does make sure every language says the same thing, more or less.

I guess it would be possible to create a similar tag that said Manufacturing instead of Sewing, as long as it had the object part instead of a resource tag, since in the past I have caused texts not to appear by using the wrong tag. Project names that include a resource need different tags than ones that use an object.

My characters have cupid bow lips, I only state it because MOST lips have them, if they don't it's flat and just...weird looking. It's not meant to make the character attractive, it's meant to make the character look normal xD But based on this, perhaps there is no need for it. I will have to rethink my descriptions, especially since things like cupid bow lips and the like are property of The Drama Llama.

*girl spawns*
*guy welcomes girl*
*guy and girl hold a long, long, long public whispered discussion*
Two days later:
*girl and guy gush over each other, calling each other hun, sweety, darling, love-of-my-life, oh-my-gosh-what-would-I-do-without-you-baby?, etc, etc etc*
Am I the only one who doesn't let my character be MADLY in love with someone after knowing them for all of two days? :/
Two-days-to-find-the-love-of-your-lifers...... can we banish them all to their own island?

I wouldn't change your chars' descriptions if they are as you like them. If someone misses out on RPing with good chars because of a prejudice then it's their own loss. I'll admit that I roll my eyes when I see certain descriptions and think that char won't be worth anyone's time, but that's if the entire desc reads as "too perfect". A few attractive qualities mixed in is no harm. And I think everyone is allowed to have a superhuman char or two. When I see a player with ONLY superhuman chars then I find it annoying.

I personally think every character should be given the benefit of a doubt, and not just judged by their descriptions. Sure, the overly attractive women with the tits that could break backs, the Greek goddesses bestowed upon man, they are annoying to look at, and more often than not, they are going to be annoying to rp with. But I usually make my female characters pretty, and none of them play on it or even think so themselves. But all the hate talk towards beautiful/pretty characters makes me worry, and when I rp with others it makes me wonder if the other players around me are judging me and my characters. Sure, one shouldn't care what others think, but if it's going to change the way people rp with you, which from all the above, sure as hell seems that way, then it's worrying and annoying. :/
So really, I just think every character should be given the benefit of a doubt, and not judged the moment you read their description. Judging these characters like this is like being just as bad as those that judge normal or unattractive people in real life just from looking at them. Judge them based on rp, not on looks, and if they flaunt their boobs in your face and whine, complain, or throw a tantrum when you don't recognize how gorgeous/cute they apparently are, judge all you like.

Well, for myself, I usually don't even remember to read a description at all unless the character impresses me first. And by that point no matter what their description says, my mind won't be changed, because I already like the char.

I honestly think you have nothing to worry about.

I think I may have read one of your descriptions recently... and because of what was with it, no, I don't think you don't have anything to worry about...
