Dancers Outfits
It just occurred to me that since we have coins, some coin jewelry and such, surely we could have these?
Short Gold Coin Skirt:
A short, sheer silk chiffon skirt with an intricate overlay of many shining gold coins, wrapping around the wearers hips until it's tied at one side. As the wearer moves the coins dance with them, making light jingling sounds.
Days of work: 4
500 grams of gold
50 grams of silk cloth
Tools:
Bodkin
Needle or bone needle
Scissors
Bronze or steel peen hammer
Pliers
Long Gold Coin Skirt:
A sheer silk chiffon skirt with an intricate overlay of many shining gold coins, wrapping around the wearers hips until it's tied at one side. Long curtains of silk fall delicately around the legs, and as the wearer moves the coins dance with them, making light jingling sounds.
Days of work: 5
500 grams of gold
150 grams of silk cloth
Tools:
Bodkin
Needle or bone needle
Scissors
Bronze or steel peen hammer
Pliers
Gold Coin Brassiere:
A silk brassiere with many gold coins and beads dangling from it, intricately placed so that as the wearer moves the coins and beads jingle against each other.
Days of Work: 3
300 grams of gold
50 grams of silk cloth
Tools:
Bodkin
Needle or Bone Needle
Scissors
Pliers
Bronze or Steel Peen hammer
Gold Coin Bracelets:
Two silk bracelets are worn on the wearers wrists; adorned with well placed gold coins and beads, the coins dangle over the hands and brush against each other freely, producing quiet jingling noises.
Days of work: 3
300 grams of gold
25 grams of silk cloth
Tools:
Bodkin
Needle or Bone Needle
Scissors
Pliers
Bronze or Steel Peen hammer
From here we could also do all sorts of other things, like a head band of coins
or bead/peacock drop brassieres that are more flashy
or armbands with silk drapes
We can also use other things like gems, different metals like silver, copper, ect. I will add it all to a poll, and people are free to submit more ideas or better requirements for how to make them, or other descriptions.
Ps. This would be great for characters that wish to be dancers.

A yes to everything from me too. These would be great for dancers or gypsy type characters. So pretty!

Re: Dancers Outfits
I have one character who has been screaming in high-pitched glee in my head since I saw this topic and has not stopped.
I think I can count that as a very enthusiastic yes to everything.

Bump. :3 Not exactly sure how many votes each item needs before it's given the green light. Anyways, lets see if we can work out descriptions and requirements for the other items suggested.

Re: Dancers Outfits
Apparently the policy is that every new implementation needs to be approved by GAB, something I wasn't aware of until recently, so it would be pretty useless for a non GAB member to approve any suggestions.

Re: Dancers Outfits
Ahh...this one brings back memories, I have a character who would have loved these if she cared anymore. Well, anyhow for old time's sake, is there still interest in this?
