Street Projects

Someone started a bunch of street projects, put a tiny bit of material into them and just left them alone. I dont have the material to finish them.
When you dont know whats under the bed....look.

You mean upgrading a road? They're uncancellable anyway, so it doesn't make a difference if someone added stuff to them. There are lots of projects like that started by newbies clicking every button they see. The only problem is if the people in the other end of the road would've wanted to upgrade it and can't. Otherwise it doesn't matter.

If you're really interested in doing the upgrade, gather the materials for the project and put it in the existing project. Grab a shovel and - if you can - a wheelbarrow to make it go faster - and enjoy. It really doesn't matter who starts a road upgrade.
