I hate staying on for one character, I put all the others to sleep hours ago, and then being so disappointed with how things turn out in the situation. It is completely draining after spending months rl waiting and then :? .

One of my charries does this, but not for reasons that need a room. They just write poetry, and little g-rated love notes back and forth to their partner. It's kind of like a journal for them and actually needs binding at this point because the envelopes are overflowing. :D

Why the heck does a long-sleeved shirt use more cloth than a BEEP longcoat?!

I assume it's thicker, although that doesn't make much sense either. A coat should be thicker than a shirt, unless it's like a lab coat.

Sickness! I'm sick of my characters getting sick! I thought there had to be a dead body, but no, my character spent a couple days picking pumpkins and got sick when there were no bodies anywhere around, I've tried everything now, had him sleep for days on end on a mattress, starved him, overfed him, tried healing food, he's been sick for almost a year in-game I think, now he's decided to just keep working and ignore how sick he is and try not to eat all their food provisions on the ship. One day he eats 19 grams of cooked meat, the next he eats 29. It's really sad and I've never really understood the point of random sickness for no reason anyway =( but it's making my character's friend all sad too, I feel bad that I can't figure out how to make him not-sick again.. poor guy.

EDIT: just healing food, I forgot they couldn't find any medicine like healing liquid or whatever. But I've never needed it before for a sick character, this never happened for so long.

Did you check the activity list to see if there are partially dead bodies in the ground?

Yes, I checked the ground, the activities, and my character even asked the people there in Polish if anyone died in a vehicle or building and they said no. Even so I've never had a character sick for this long. It's been almost a year now since the first time it said "You feel a bit faint", and it still says it on his description and he eats a different random amount of food every day. He went back to his ship about four or five days after getting sick so he didn't stick around there very long.. I just thought it would be cool to get pumpkins 'cause I've never seen them in cantr before.. dang it...

And LOL I'm sure they meant that ^^^ partially dead bodies oh jeez XD

And this is Thriller... Thriller night. :D

So yeah... there's got to be a cause as far as him being near death or having been near death.

There was nothing wrong with him except he was a bit hungry because he ran out of food while on land, and then he got more on the ship after he got sick. And then his friend sailed to the next town and asked them what to do and a woman told him he should starve himself for a few days so he did and nothing changed, so I let him eat again. And I had him resting for like 10 days but I gave up so now he's in the ship cabin making food. I'm hoping if I just ignore it it goes away, but I hate that it makes me waste food, I'll have to put his food down and eat the correct amount every day manually or something.

Seko mentioned that age plays a factor. The older the char, the longer it takes them to recover from the sickness.

I think that once exposed, it's easier to catch the sickness again, too. And, I'm not sure if this was ever confirmed, but does dung trigger the illness?

I've seen the code but I'm not sure if it's allowed to talk about it. It might be one of those find out ingame things.

It actually sounds fun to find out in game. And it might arouse some doctor character's curiosity toward making all sort of studies, treatises and theories.
