I'd like to see people drinking water.....
I have an idea for rain.....
Every year, several days would rain (maybe make it random), usually around 50000 'grams' of water. At the end of the day, 50000 grams of water would disappear from the ground. Everyone needs 50 grams of water a day or lose 1 percent life. A cylindrical rain catcher can be built from 5kg of wood to store at most 50000 grams of water, but can only fill up 1500 grams of water from raining, and you could also put water in it. Water cannot be carried by people without bucket, or something that can hold water (you think of it)
Some places would have more chances of rain and some have less.
Make it that average places like Pok for example have 20% chance of raining, while forests have 40%, deserts have 5% and mountains have 50%.
To make things easy to program, any rain that would fall each day do so on turn 1 and all water that would seep into the ground do so at the end of turn 8.
If there are at any time more than 200000 grams of water on the ground, when the water seeps, all stackable items (eg potatoes and coal) becomes water( so there would be more than 200000 grams of water)
Also, to solve the carving knife problem, may be make it so that the knife could be made categorised as a knife like bone knife, so the carving knife becomes the best knife in the game.
Why aren't seasons implemented yet?
