I actually had a character squat there for a few years not long ago. I'd like to say it's interesting, but it's not all that interesting. However, it is old, and does have a lot of old notes and buildings to check out. Not a lot of stories, though, mostly records of an old business... however, oldtimers might smile at some of the old names on the notes. My character had contemplated turning the abandoned buildings into a ghost town exhibit, apart from the workshop/inn he was living/baking in. But he ended up moving a few towns away to a small, but slightly more populated active town (after a scuff with the neighbors, you see.)

It's think it was this huge important city and actually named after the game itself...and then you look at it on a map and there's absolutely nothing there.

...and then you look just a tiny bit farther south and you see the magic triangle that should be a thriving empire where they hand ten kilos of steel to every newspawn just for introducing themselves, and last I checked that area was pretty dead too.

Cantr Island as a whole is in a pretty sad state. :(

e: of course there's always Zuzi.

Zuzi update: for the moment, slightly less creepy

Also I put a swear in front of the town name and now I giggle every time anyone comes out of a building.

Wait, there are people in Port Sierra? It was empty when my character visited there. We built a large rope machine there. Is it still there? I hope no one disassembled it.

Yes, there are quite a few people there now. Two English characters resulted in 4 newspawns.
You will have to tell me where the machine was built. If it was in the harbour, it isn't there anymore.

I would have to second this. :)

If IG information, my character has heard is accurate. Few Finnish characters have visited that place. I don't know where it is though. You should find the location IG after all.

It's on FU. Fu has like 5000 towns, so I don't think I gave too much info here. :)

Fu has like 5000 towns on the outer coast alone.

Kinda funny that none of my Finnish characters know where Port Sierra is exactly, even though they're closer to it than any of my English characters. I'm pretty sure my mapmaker will find it eventually but so far she hasn't had a reason to travel that far.

There is a rope machine, but not a large one.

I'm pretty sure we built a large one because we could build a regular one on the ship, but needed a building for the large one. Hopefully someone got a better use for the resources.

I kind of want to take back the things I said about Zuzi. I think it's more that there's a certain type of roleplayer I just can't stand, and while they exist there I'm discovering that it can be just as bad in small towns too.
