Genes are not actual skills, they change into skills when you try something for the first time.

Yeah, you don't have a value for a skill, but you have a gene for everything from spawning. From what I've seen, the starting skill is actually equal to the gene value, although there are or were some skill values in the database that are lower than their starting genes, which suggests there might be a bug somewhere.

Ah.

So, for everyone who can't see the code, effectively you do get all of your skills right at spawn. That's the one that's true in effect.

I wonder, how are char genders distributed?

What is the most popular and least popular tool, as in the most or fewest ever built? What about weapons?

Wow, I have made and own two pairs of hemp bellows out of the fourteen and I did not make but inherited one of the six bronze bagh-nahks. Kind of cool. Also, wow I did not realize how many more males there are.

I knew that there were far more males. In one of my char's town, the girls make up one third of the population. Out of the six recent newspawns, only two of them were female. It's not the only place I see a similar trend, either.

What are the top ten most copied notes?

This only works for uneditable notes, otherwise it doesn't recognize them as copies.

1: [MAPA] Wielka Mapa Swiata, autorstwa Narvego z Vlotryan (1943) - wersja ogolnogeograficzna, uzytkowa --- 7315 copies

2: S-Mapa wyspy Vl*rian + S-Mapa Davlozhishmos i Dervazhishmos + S-Mapa [49+8 lok.] Vlydyfic, Sturfic, Tonkafic, Klimpofic, Djanofic, Hrodofic --- 5161 copies

3: The Black Atlas -first edition- 1750 --- 3062 copies

4: Prawa Fortholmu - 3490 --- 2835 copies

5: S-Mapa wyspy Vl*rian --- 2649 copies

6: Treefeather Map -2010 Edition --- 1953 copies

7: ~The Gallagher Atlas: 1565 Edition~ --- 1846 copies

8: Mapa wyspy Fic - Dáireen Ayla, 2238 --- 1829 copies

9: Nowa Mapa Dervazhishmos i Davlozhishmos (Fabain) - 1684 copies

10: KLĄTWA ŚMIERCI [Dn.3076] --- 1620 copies

The last one is probably notebombing because it's empty and the title means Curse of Death.

Wow, I wonder who it is who owns the only obsidian asparagus knife in the entire game.

And now I'd like to know exactly how many stone hammers there are per character. I would have expected bone knives to top that list by far, but I guess they crumble away too fast.

Chars in the game: 4782 (public knowledge)
Stone hammers in the game: 7899
1.65 stone hammers per character.

If you ask only for stone hammers in chars inventory, then 0.49 stone hammer per character.

That's actually more characters than I expected, I guess it must be pretty common for people to use the full 15....no idea how they manage that and still have a life of their own.

oh wait I'm actually in the thread that can answer that...let's see some stats on number of characters per players please! :)

And then tell me exactly what percentage of every day the players with all 15 see sunlight, just curious.

I have a character who owns one of the three obsidian spears.

I am one of the players with 15 characters. Some days it feels like too many, and some days I wish I had 30. But I also have prioritized which characters get the most attention, and I have 5 that are extremely low maintenance, almost to the point of being simmers.
