I am really only capable of playing one char right now, and barely that, and there's just the one char type I want to play right now... and unfortunately, they seem to be stuck in a town that is going to be nearly impossible for them to really show their personality.... *ramble ramble ramble sigh*

It's been almost a week since my boyfriend went back to Netherlands. I've had trouble sleeping alone again, even if I put my extra pillows on the side to make a bit of a bulge. I've been sad and I miss him, even if we talk daily. We've been together for a year and 7 months, and we've only seen each other for 7 weeks of that. *sigh* I just miss him so damn much.

One thing I don't like about Cantr is that it seems to support the thought that suicide is the answer to everything. Unless you get lost in the wilderness or killed by a person or mauled to death by animals, eventually you have to have your characters kill themselves off, unless you're ready to quit and let all your characters have heart attacks.

Um yeah just came home from dinner to find that people (maintenance people but still) had been in my apartment and oh it appears maybe my shower near exploded? But no one told me, left lights on and my closets open. Super awesome for someone with debilitating anxiety issues.

I read this true story somewhere that a woman lived in a dodgy neighborhood mostly full of ex-cons and blue collar workers, and she used to be afraid until she got hit by a car and had to be in the hospital for a week. When she got home, her apartment had been broken into but nothing was missing. She was wondering about that until one of her neighbors, an ex-con and a scary looking tough guy, told to her that he and his friend had gotten irritated by her alarm clock going off every morning, so they broke in to shut it off, and since they couldn't fix the door afterwards, they informed all their buddies that if anyone touches the apartment, they would kill them. She stopped being afraid after that.
