I can't reach one of my chars. All my chars besides this one work, but if I click on this one, it says there's something wrong with the server... Help?

Oh, and it is errorcode 500...

An error occurred when the website tried to load http://cantr.net/index.php?dt=xpSy4ho5b ... cwOTE5OQ,,. It could be the server is offline because of maintenance, or is configured wrongly.

(I translated this myself, it happens in both Chrome and IE...)

I've fixed effects of the bug, but other characters in the game can be affected too. Please send message to me or support email if you encounter the same issue.
