One more word of advice. If you can find a criminal organization...

be the founder the world is full of the suicidal, the note thievies, and the just plain unhappy.

BE SUBTLE.

Blackbeard was bad?!

dang where was I?

Elessa Nione always thought he was a good guy. Course, she was a devious little thing herself
and she got fragged by the PD.
I'm not dead; I'm dormant.

Too bad in his quest to squash the Imperial forces, he almost killed my poor depressed, mildly psychotic char >.< But he's dead now, and Emstei spit blood and shot arrows at his corpse ^____^

You don't like Quillanoi much, do you? I guess you haven't met Siom Sheriff Deputies yet. They are a lot worse than the Quillanoi Guard.

Most of my fun villains are deceased now because people in cantr never seem to respond well to forced dictatorships and fascism. I mean, I suppose people rarely do, but there seems to be an ingrained OOC societal bias against this sort of behavior and those who express are constantly schemed against by every other player wanting to be the brave rebel fighting against tyranny.

Actually, I agree with you. Most people play characters that are only like them which is usually people who love democracy and peace and stuff like that.

I try to play characters from all sides and all beliefs because if some people didn't then I think in many cases the game would get dull.

Someone ought to set up something big...
I don't mean 'bunch of guys with sabres' big, I mean 'people who can actually roleplay and stir things up' big...

Hmm.
Like the beat beat beat of the tom-tom
When the jungle shadows fall
Like the tick tick tock of the stately clock
As it stands against the wall...

Yep I would have to say that most if not all of my chracters are braver than me. However that is just the fear of death since I don't die and I just get another chance to do something else.

In Cantr a dictorship needs to be able to detain people in order to work.

To help dictatorships you should be able to drag people back down a road.

But what is the difference between dictatorships, fascism and empire anyway?

Now a obviousally evil dictatorship wouldn't work and never has even IRL all the bad ones have always public said that they are good or at least good to the loyal.

Be patient. There are nearly 2500 characters in Cantr.

The rule of "one precenters" says that only 1% of the populance would be interested in such a thing. The chances of enough of the 24 chracters finding each other are slim.

Be the founder if your alone.

David, there is a big difference between dictatorships, facism, and an empire. And to throw into the mix tyrannies are also different from all of the above. They all have simliar aspects but they are definitely different.
