Re: The Dead Character Thread
I guess if he really is alive, then i don't want to know until or if it comes out in game. I don't want the conflict between my knowledge and my character who believes he is dead.
There was a lot of confusion at the end though after Faith's arm was injured. Jane and Faye were openly discussing it in town trying to figure out what happened.
I am curious if he isnt dead are we violating anything associated with the four day rule here? Guess if these posts get deleted we may know the answer haha.

Re: The Dead Character Thread
He got killed (or not xD) more than 4 days ago, right? So practically, we're not really discussing anything illegal... It would get illegal if someone now jumped up and said: "Hey, I was there, they smuggled him out!" or something similar.
Edit: Something like: "He's really dead because my char killed him!" would probably not be allowed either...

Don't remember where I was - I realized life was a game - The more seriously I took things - The harder the rules became

Ah, man. If he is alive, I know one person who is definitely on his "to kill list." I just hope that if someone were to keep him alive, they would have been smart enough to take away his weapon first. I'll never understand characters giving such young stupid characters such strong weapons.

Pretty jacked up to announce on the forum that the char isn't truly dead, regardless of the 4-day rule. Like someone telling you the end to a movie after the first ten minutes of it.

Re: The Dead Character Thread
I thought the rule was 4 days after an event is no longer ongoing...if he's alive still and no one knows it in character yet, I'd consider that ongoing. Am I wrong?

Re: The Dead Character Thread
My character was told he was dead, and this is the dead character thread. Death is pretty final. There was no serious consideration of a ruse until Ruglia suggested it, and in-game, there still is none. Bill Boonton is dead, and the events final. If he should turn up alive, that's a whole new set of events.

Sandy of Kwor....who passed suddenly from a heart attack. Her sudden death saddened her lover and two other best friends greatly, and she will be missed. My character and her two other friends have spent so much time remembering her and talking about the events surrounding her death.
(I also want to praise her RP...her RP prompted me to start a mute character like hers - and I'm enjoying it very much.)

Re: The Dead Character Thread
I think it's been about 4 days, so here's a new list (not all my char's are on the list, but just the ones I found the most memorable.)
1st. Birch - this one was my absolute favorite because it was the shortest lived character I've ever had but for some reason it was by far the most entertaining, his life stole my time away from my other characters on this list. :p
2nd. Elisha Abedabun - (Don't ask me where in the world I got that last name from) But that was a pretty fun character, I think my role play was lacking a bit for some reason. I can't really play female characters for some reason and I tend to make them act like men regardless of my best attempt to make them act as females.
3rd. Beau - Favorite moment? Badger poking ftw.
4th. Jorgan - The guy with a strange temper problem, wasn't very memorable in my opinion, but the characters he met were amazing at least even if he wasn't. xD
Anyways, that wasn't -all- my characters, but those are the ones I found the most likely to be remembered by people. Unfortunately life got busy and most of them had to die before their time, but it was fun while it lasted.

Re: The Dead Character Thread
Sorry about Cole being lost.
I heard he died believing that ransom was refused. I dont remember that being the case. She ignored all attempts to contact her afterwards. At least that my character there saw. Maybe I missed something on the radio...? If Nigel hadnt jumped on the radio yelling for help it may have been different.

I was so saddened by Cole's death note! He was a good character, and his town is quite different without him.
