That's definitely high, compared to my characters... I think my oldest was in his thirties :p

Out of 14 chars total:
My eldest living is 979 days old (not includng 20 years before spawn), or 68 years (including 20 years before spawn). She's one of my original characters.
My youngest dead lived only 176 days before I decided to kill him off. He was almost 29 I think.
My youngest living is 635 days old, or 51 years old.
The one who survived the longest before dying was 946 days old. She was 67.
(That last one was technically 4-day rule violation since that character died just today. Oops.)

My eldest is 108. My youngest is 23.

My averages are far, far lower than Seko's. My average lifespan for a character is 14.8 years, perhaps unsurprising considering I've had 141 characters and most of them died young.

I tend to let characters live a long time nowadays even if they were boring, because I can always concentrate on the other characters. I've never had a full 15 so I've never been in a situation where I'd have to kill off one to spawn another. Occasionally some get suicidal but sometimes people talk them out of it and allow them to live many years more.

Out my my characters, 4 are very happy because 3 of them are in relationships and the fourth has a very close best friend; two are fairly happy because they like their work, even if their social life was somewhat lacking; three are content because they're working on things, even though their social life was almost non-existant; two are okay, partially unhappy despite social relationships, missing something deeper; two are borderline suicidal, not ready to take the last step but would be happy if someone else took it for them; and one is content in a decision to die.

I really like experiencing the feeling of calm that comes when a character decides their time has come. It makes the last days so much more meaningful.

Cantr day started: 1088
Total characters: 29
Dead: 22
Alive: 7
Oldest: 177 years
Youngest: 119
Average alive: 154.37 years
Average total: 71 years

I was dissapointed to find that I had a couple outliers from my newer characters who died in about a year, and of course my first two characters who died early because I didn't understand the game.
Even though I have relatively few characters, I feel like I've lived so many lives..and I feel much dissapointment for those who've died. Even a few days ago at night I felt troubled remembering the death of one of my characters that happened about 4 RL years ago  . It was at a horrible time and for a silly reason. For me the older they are the more it hurts when they die, though it depends on the character.

Oldest character in each language would be interesting to know; but I worry if their names were posted someone would set out to kill them :(
