My fellow players, my line has ended, and with it the stories of the following.
1. Mikael Blomkvist
A somewhat troubled mind but pure of heart and a love for sailing. Several years after spawning he met Dixie, who he grew fond off, they decided to travel onward together after he had comforted her at the loss of her best friend, who followed her ex-boyfriend into an early grave. He learned to love the hurt little woman, and she grew to love him back, but in the end a simple argument between caused her to abandon him, the love had ended... Unsure of how to react he got very emotional and when he walked into Dixie and her new (regular) friend Ryder hugging the circumstances clouded his mind to think of Dixie as a whore. Ryders love Pike got involved as well and needless to say... That situation was enjoyable to RP. When Mikael in the end learned Dixie and Pike shared Ryder in a 'V-love' formation he knew he would always loathe and even despise Dixie for what she did. Despite of the fact his love never was lost the situation ended in Pike growing uncertain with the situation and in the end decided to travel with Mikael, instead of Ryder and Dixie. Pike died about a year later, Mikael never dared to kiss her, afraid of what he would think of himself.
He sailed alone for 2 years then landed back in Cape Kerena. He made his first new friends in Omeo just before and taht gave him the strength to carry on home. There... He found the nicotine patches after 2 years of craving for a cigarette, so to speak. Peyton and Rina filled his life and warmed his heart with a combined love he had not known before. So unconditional, so warming, so eternally glowing... He fell in love with the both of them, and they with him. When a man named Rivers came along and grew fond of Rina he immediately panicked, afraid of being alone once more he made some less than fortunate decisions, but it ended well, Rina didn't want to go sailing anymore at first but after biting his pride and allowing Rivers on their new boat they all went... Rina then died after a long sleep on the sea, Mikael blamed Rivers emotionally, and projected the anger and pain on him, when they finally docked in Dom Hofran and managed to trade for the sails... He got a mild heartattack, refusing to show how it hurt him he worked on until Peyton noticed it and made him stop... In the end his stubborn head did cost him his life, but at least he died with a good amount of peace in his heart. Peyton in the end gave him some peace, he built the ship for them three, and now it rests in Peyton's lap to finish it, Mikael will smile down at her.
2. Dag Svensson/Vayle
Spawned in the desert he quickly found himself almost starved... He moved to mountains where his only friend was Torin Scythe. He grew fond of this man and together they lived for almost a decade. When hunger forced them to move they went to Puk, along with good friend Ysena. Once in Puk a whirlwind started. People spawning, dying, emotions, fights, fits, and a first love... Kendyll (I am unsure of the exact spelling). He loved this sweet and -too- friendly woman soon enough but the perfect bubble was broken when the new girl in town showed her temper more and more. Alex was a troublesome youngling, but nevertheless did she work alongside them, even while fighting with Kendyll. When she died while he slept (I was on holiday) He was heartbroken but not beaten... Alex proved to be a rock he could cling to and this in the end lead to a bonding between them that even I OOCly had not expected. When a bouncy girl known as Kiiri joined the mix it seemed to be perfect. They (finally) managed to decide on a family name after a period of time and the Vayle family was formed.
I have discussed happenings in Puk so often now that I don't feel the need to carry on from this point... All I have to share, is that he grew disillusioned with his daughter Kiiri, he couldn't carry the load that Alex put on him, and even his love-late-in-life Leonie couldn't be the support he needed, even if she did do everything for him. He will be eternally grateful for her, and for death.
If anyone has questions regarding a much conflicted mind known as Dag Vayle, feel free to PM, I might feel like sharing more there.
3. Erika Berger
Spawned in Dom Hofran. Loved Dom Hofran. Lived for Dom Hofran. She was a stubborn woman but her connection with the town was for all to see. Several problems came and went. Zee, Kelthian, Danny, Pinta.... They all caused troubles and gave her both joy and pain, ending for her to be a well grown-up char. She managed to grow in the Rangers and made it to Master Ranger, a title she wore with pride and until a little missy known as Lia Varg decided to rock her world her future was boring but certain, and she was content with it.
Lia was a reckless one, when she got bored and Erika slept she ran off into the wild and decided she'd be able to fight off the elephants... Not. She was already halfway when Erika got to her and pulled her away from the murderous beasts. After that... Ups and downs, the friendship and a strange love for Lia caused her to lose concentration concerning the Rangers, and her duties were not fulfilled as they should be... In the end she took a leave of absence to travel with Lia on her inherited ship. When they were in a bath together and Lia suddenly died in front of her... Her own gave out, shocked and darkened, yet with an eternal love for those Hofran Rangers.
4. Lisbeth Salander
Oh boy. Little did I know at the spawning of this seemingly young girl how much emotions the simple entering of a town could shake up. Spawned in Lake Village she was materialistic. She was not a complex woman, but she was stubborn, had her own mind and her loathing of emotions made her a cold and heartless woman. She lived and acted by the simple rule: Emotions are weak and although unavoidable, should be ignored and gives no power at all times possible.
Needless to say, people did not like to see her coming. She never enjoyed causing trouble, she never enjoyed or hated anything, yet she did it where ever she went. Sometimes a 'stating of a fact' from lisbeth was enough to end up having an entire town loathing her, but often the 'good hearted leaders' let her stay. She reached an agreement with Acorn from Brunoil but her disregard of feelings and her ability to shape words from her own fabricated contract into it being a purely one-way-street Acorn tore it up and it ended in the only time she ever got close to letting her emotions get the better of her, for she did have them... The most enjoyable times I have had playing was undoubtedly the busier times in Brunoi Hills West, and the lovely... Brunoi. Gone there to work a decade of silent working on her usual robotic way of acting ended in her finally doing what she did best. Arguing, and making people hate her. Fighting an entire town on her own, and not even losing, was undoubtedly one of the best times I have had. Specially considering how Brunoi used to be such a boring town, I was amazed at how her character managed to liven up the place completely. She got what she wanted in the end though, her van and enough petrol to last another 10 years. She died drilling coal for her next expansion of private business empire.
5. Lance Ferguson
Removed for flaming. Pilot
6. Yakov Black
This was -my- jumpy char. He wrestled wolves and rode giraffes. He was attractive and flirtatious but had no idea of it and never knew much about how to act in many situations, often ending in him doing some embarrassing feature to lighten the mood. He was there for everyone as long as he could. First to patch up a heartbroken and lost Soliri, whose house he inherited after her passing, then for a disillusioned Ysabelle who died in his sleep, and finally for his friend Kissi who loved him, which he only later learned and he realized he loved her -like that- too. In the end his best friends were Romy (Rosemary) and Kissi, I played his death doing something he loved doing, he was climbing a tree with a smile, but this time tripped... He broke his neck.
7. Pius Cathal Censorius
What to say what to say... He spawned in Scarab Haunt and by heaven did he harbor a silent disgruntlement with that place. When his time came he took his chance and went after a well know thief and outlaw, Duck Rabbit. He joined him and after following a 5 year scavenger hunt through the mountain followed the clues to Duck's home (that was the best note-communication I ever had.. thank you!). He worked with him but it took maybe 10 days for Duck to die... Pius took over but in the end rode off to travel the unknown deserted lands of Southern Fu. He found Midgar and in it the things that was closest to a home for him. He helped the town as best he could and much enjoyed the company of a well played char (to have that char was to hold the sun in your hands... well played Liara Genevese) who unfortunately passed away when he drove off for a trip. In the end I suppose he died alone... He never understood the heavy drama and was not accustomed to many people, he had his good times, but also many silent ones. He still hovers over Midgar though. In spirit he is with them.
8. Johnny Lanegan
In a few words: silent, solemn, righteous and understanding.
Little have I played a char that managed to move so much with so few words. I loved every minute spent on this char, be it fighting with Raaj Kellan, talking with Ivy, or playing his music and trusted guitar for who might be listening. He grew quickly to be an early old man, and was hard to understand. "Men who don't know him won't like him and men that do sometimes won't know how to take him". That sentence I believe to describe him best. I find it difficult to write more about my man in black, so if Mikki has the time, I would be honored if you could add some of his life for me.

I much enjoyed these (and those that fell victim to my remediation earlier), and there are many chars I shall never forget.
The people I played with are very able to themselves decide if I enjoyed their play or not, so I am not going through the trouble of naming anyone in person. I have always enjoyed being praised myself and I did my best to praise those I liked through the almost 2 years of playing this time. Now though, you know if you are a good player in my opinion. Feel free to PM, I'll stick around half-heartedly, peeking around the corners and casting my votes in the suggestion box.
With mixed emotions and a determined mind, I salute thee.
