Did travel speed get increased?

I have a strange feeling, as if my characters started travelling faster while on foot...
Or am I having hallucinations?

I thought exactly the same... Quite much, too.
Don't remember where I was - I realized life was a game - The more seriously I took things - The harder the rules became
