Key copy missing

Hi, I should have posted this a couple days ago when it happened.. but my character has a key she started two copies of in her car, she finished one and I moved onto the next without checking to see if it was in her inventory, and when the second key finished and I looked, there was only the original and one copy. However, about 30% through that first one, when I went to hit "participate" I hit the x instead and started tearing the project down, then quickly reversed it so I could make the key, and I'm wondering if accidentally disrupting the project is what caused one of the copies to not exist? And also can you help me, or should I just make another? It's only 10 grams of iron but I do hate waiting a whole day for something I already made..

There is probably an invisible key without a matching lock somewhere. Project cancelling messes some things up unfortunately.
