Oops, you said 15 points, I got confused when you had said full effect, then he said half which I thought was better. 15 is good if that works better to not allow abuse.

So, you get 50 points of tiredness

Doug R. wrote:Making 8 kilos restore 50% tiredness give a person three free attacks, which, imo, is far too many. Maybe this isn't the answer after all. Maybe we need to have a trade-off - have energy restoratives cause proportional damage. But no, that doesn't work either, since you can just heal and vomit, and repeat.
Making this three additional attacks is like kamikaze. After that you are dead if you don't run away. Also we need to remember about how expensive those attacks are. But still with it or without it is easy to abuse fighting and kill all people in location. You just need enough people with you to instantly kill them all, and you will get a little bit tired by doing so.
OK i got some idea to prevent abusing. Posted it here. With such change i think we could change whole perspective for this problem.

It's now possible to drink water. Next up, milk, tea, and coffee.

Tea, coffee and healing mixtures(for tiredness) are now usable again. Values have also been added to milk and water.

I'm a little confused about tea. It decreases tiredness by .08% per 100 grams correct? So if I were to eat 10,000 grams it would decrease it by 8%?

Correct. It's meant to be more for role-playing than for actual use.

What about whole lemons, when can they be eaten? It would be cool if sour items had a limit of how much you can eat in a day, though.

Dunno. What kind of nutritional values should they have?

Re: Water, milk, coffee, tea... and lemons
I compared the healing rates of apple juice vs apples and grape juice vs grapes since it could be a similar deal with lemons. When making grape juice, you spend 300 grams of grapes, which would heal 6.66 % damage, to make 200 grams of juice which would heal 7.4 % damage. With appples, you use 400 grams of apples, which would heal 4.55 damage, to make 200 grams of juice that heals exacly the same amount (so people only make apple juice as an intermediate step for brandy or for roleplaying reasons). But anyway, if lemons followed the grape juice path, one day of lemon juice (90 g) heals 3.6 % damage, so 180 grams of lemons should heal 90% of this, which is 3,24, which is 55.5 grams per point of damage. Of course one could consider making juices efficient so that you would get compensation for the day you spend making them. Right now you're just condencing them.
