Bathroom matters
Do characters urinate or defecate? Are they 100% efficient, processing everything to such a perfect extent that nothing ever comes out, or is Cantr just like any TV show - it's assumed but not shown?

Re: Bathroom matters
I guess that it is assumed to happen, but nobody describes it... But that's based on absolutely nothing. It did give me an interesting thought; it would be sort of funny if there would be a dung pile slowly growing in towns, and quite rapidly too in the bigger towns...

If animals give dung, I always assume characters take a dump too. I've seen it RPied too, by a... charismatic portuguese player.

Re: Bathroom matters
I think it's assumed more than anything, and that Cantrian land is so efficient that the dung dissolves immediately, though that doesn't explain what happens when somebody drops a pile of fresh dung on the ground from animal products.
Or there is a hole in every single location including houses and vehicles, and a trench along every road, that drops down into infinity, and everybody goes in those, but there is some kind of force field along it to keep people and animals from jumping or accidentally falling in.

One giant cesspit in the middle of each island perhaps? in between towns and where no road leads?

Basically I guess it is there, it happens, but it isn't normally described except when the player choses to highlight this specific dump.

Re: Bathroom matters
Maybe cantrians just don't ... leave enough? I mean, if you kill a rabbit, it doesn't leave dung, too.

Suggestion: Each cantr year, a character produces 50g of fresh dung. Dropped in his inventory or onto the ground if the inventory is full. It would be funny because sleepers would die of poop (poop is funny, damnit!), since it would eventually fill up their inventory and no one would be able to give them more food.

i guess we could say they're all full of $#!^
prehaps they could become dirty and have to conciously go and release it, or bathe or something... (give purpose to invent toilets lol) the amount depends on how much food is eaten, healing or nourishing. give more benefit to being lightweight food, less crud.

Re: Bathroom matters
If we can purge stomach contents and can rp other more personal excretions, I don't see why not.
I do remember one female char that rp'd having to urinate right before a stressful situation (combat/confrontation, etc)
In small incidents like that where it is a personality trait, its kind of cute...but again the rp possibilities are there. It seems to me that some of these big burly beer swilling lumberjacks prowling the countryside of this green world are going to have to return the rental on all that beer. But it could grow old really fast.

The only chars I've seen RP any sort of "bathroom matters" did it in a way that was obviously trollish.

I would say - 100% efficient.
1 - they dont each much, max 200 grams to not feel any hunger
2 - they can work whole time and still be not too tired
3 - they dont need sleep, even if they drive whole time car and still keep on the road
4 - they can survive whole year without food
If they would not be so efficient then they would have to eat more to keep them going, and need drink coffee or something to keep them active. Also they dont need drink water, so they dont urinate or sweat. Also drinking a lot of alcohol dont affect them unless they wish so.

Re: Bathroom matters
I think such matters should be left to RP. I guess accumulating like 50g of dung over the course of a Cantr year in the inventory would be okay, but it just seems to be unnecessary clutter.
