I hope I'm not about to be insensitive, but sometimes I find a little co-misery helps. I saw the following quote yesterday, unfortunately I don't know the original source:

The times that I've been what I consider depressed I've thought it was accurate, anyway. I hope that things pick back up for you, and soon!

I've noticed that sometimes I feel like I need to be depressed, and that in a strange way enjoy it at times, so long as it doesn't last too long or go too deep. It's like I need my emotions to be roughly balanced, and wouldn't be able to stand being happy all the time even if I could be.
