My beloved Quillanoi is going down only slightly ;) ... But its competitor Lake Village is shockingly big :) ...

I bet the game comes easy to the Programming department and Jos because you guys know what all the machines are for and you know where all the continents are......I mean you guys know everything, but that's pretty cool...I guess I'll know everything to after playing say 5 or 10 years.

I wish there were some way to tally active people...that would deflate the scores a bit.

Karnon Forest... I think it was Karnon forest where there was so depressingly lot of people that nobody listened... Yuck. Small places have damn lot of advantages, it doesn't need more than a couple of active people for all to feel like home. But when there are dozens of people, a swarming mass... *Shivers*

Why do you think certain players like Karnon Fields so much, that is why I moved there :P.

Too much imagination. Cantrian's can't form a swarming mass... There isn't any space, so it can't be crowded.

As for people ignoring you, I've found people everywhere can be good at that. It depends on the people, not the place.

I'm not sure that's entirely true. Of course, I know the game interface well, and that does help me a bit when playing. But I have the impression that some of the experienced players know it much better than I do, and I have no clue about all the machines and objects in the game, because that's not handled by programming :) ... I often get questions about resources or machines that I really can't answer :) ...

Besides, I do always strictly play with the capital rule in mind - honestly! :) ... So, yes, I know where all the islands are and I can see all maps, but my one sailor really figured his own map and it is not at all based on knowledge I already had. I just sailed, kept very precise logs, and then calculated where borders must have been located. It's one of the better sailing maps, I think, but created in a completely fair way.

And really, except for knowledge about maps, I think many experienced players know the game at least as well as I do :) ... And Russell has nothing in his career due to me being a programmer :) ...

Right, West and Kroner... I only helped a "little"
My being such a threat to the region made it so many groups had to form and work AS HARD AS POSSIBLE to get as powerful as possible. Now look at how much of a powerhouse KF is. Some groups are pumping out like a sabre a day. Even though KF is a relatively new city compared to the other hot spots, I think that once large scale intercontinental travel is used, KF will still be a force to be reckoned with. Theres just no other city on the island who can even think about taking a piece out of KF. So they wont have anything happen to them like what happened to Lad. That and, if one group falls, like say the Collective  , there would still be several other groups that would retain power.

You'd rampage througout the island, slaying mercilessly...until you came to a locked door. Then you'd have to give up and go home
