15000g, have you had a look through the wiki? It's really helpful for stuff like that.

If I use the wiki information to figure out ingame what items I need to collect to build stuff, is it considered a CR breach?

Characters are allowed to know all that is on the wiki. (THat's also why there are no maps and stuff like that on it, right?)

THe "bring extension", can that only be use to extend an existing building or can it be created seperate from any other building?

Extensions can extend a current one only, not be used to create a new building.

That's why they're cheaper than normal buildings, because essentially, you're only building three walls instead of four.
