As are most relationships. (Do I sound bitter?) My OOC plan is to play the field with my characters. We'll see how that works out. I notice that my male characters often get quickly targetted by females. Not so much with my female characters by males. That could mean that my male characters are sluts and my females just aren't the least bit attractive.... or..... they are stone cold bitches and intimidate males.... or... I don't know what the hell it means.

Nooooo, definitely not just yours or you. The majority of my male characters were like chick magnets or something. So yeah....too many slutty girl types in Cantr. Either they're lonely or maybe they're expecting a free ride from a man or...I don't know really. Maybe they just assume that all men have this unavoidable desire to look at a scantily clad female and want to be having sex 24/7. But as a female who was trying hard to play believable males, it was an extreme turn off to find that every time I logged in there was some girl throwing herself at my character's feet basically being like "oooh, oooh, look at me, pay attention to me...I have no life outside of you paying attention to me"


Hmm...and now that I mention that, I really hope my females with boyfriends don't come off like that... I don't think they do to the extent that the two females I'm specifically thinking of do, but I've never been really good at playing 'hard to get" either...I hate messing with people's minds like that too. But neither does every move my characters make somehow highlight or allude to how sexy or feminine or dramatic they think they are.

My advice, don't play the field with male chars....yell at the females until they go far, far from yours, lol.

Sad but true, plenty of "attention whores" if you get what I mean. I'm a big one too: I adore endless conversations and hours of roleplaying from my favourite chars, males, females or baby mammoths, but kidnaping their attention like that would lead to boredom for both parts and also you can't "abuse" that attention like that, with rubbish like "I'm gonna kill myself if you're not with me" (which I tend to correspond with a pat on the bottom and something like "yeah, wathever, darling").

I don't play many chars now and not many males, and my most "appealing" guy is developing some... issues that I find really funny to roleplay and will lead to girls ignoring him. Hmh I'm starting to think they're right when they say I hate my chars and should start treating them better. But yes, in each town there's some female chars kind of... throwing herselves to him.

As for the girls... well only two of them are in what you could call a relationship right now (I don't even imagine any of the others in such situation) and the longest, deepest and more solid one is far from what I would call "cute" or "typical" and definitely they had nothing to see whit "I have no life outside of you paying attention to me"

And after a drunken drisgression from a friday 6 a.m... I don't really like what I assume a "cute couple" means but my favourite couple in the Enlish area, as far as I remember because it was a brief encounter, I think it was Tom and Sabela.
