Much will depend on just what you can conceal. But it will certainly be easier to know who to cower before.
On the other hand, all manner of bluffs, assumptions, and uncertainties are gone.
Just will have to see what the new world is like...

I added something earlier but deleted it on basis of ... I wanted to add some more.
I have pretty much looked at every character that is in the same vicinity of my own 7 characters...to waste minutes of course.
I've seen in one case, ...seems to be holding "a broad sword, an iron shield..." in the usual flawed cantr description grammar.
Noticable items suggestions:
Shields
Big weapons like the currently revealed (bows, blades)
ALL Axes
Sledgehammer
ummm pots
shovels
fishing items
brooms
concealable items (with clothing)
Knives
the small tools:
scissors
pliers
file
crowbar
wrench
forks
Needles
Implentation idea is good, many effects will come from it.

I hope a way to conceal them is added quickly. I suppose people could always hide the weapons inside of a building until they found a need for it, hope they didn't get dragged off somewhere before they got to grab it.

Some of the larger tools you will be able to see, as well as other misc items. I'm about to take a look, and if they're not already set, I'll set them.
I do agree that there should be a way to conceal things, to add deception back into the game, and I'm sure that'll happen with clothing.
Also, there was a bug where when a person left the area, you could still see what they were carrying, and if they changed anything. (Ie: I looked at someone after they left, and I seen they had a Shield and Sabre. THen I looked again, while they were still gone, and they had two Shields and a Sabre - They picked one up) - This, aparently, has been fixed.

There is no way you could hide a crowbar...unless you had a really bulky set of cloting to hide it under, or something.
Once clothes can conceal things, there should be a shortsword that can be concealed under medium-weight clothes, and gave better attack power than a dagger.
