Can't Rename A Certain Building

So, there's this building that I want to change the sign of, and I have the required materials (A hemp paintbrush), but the option isn't appearing. I know I'm doing it right, because the option appears on all the other buildings in the area

I did that a long time ago. My case is in a town with over 50 buildings. I believe that #51 and higher cannot get name change projects started.

Programming issues take longer, simply for the reason that I handle anything I can handle as soon as I see it, but I can't handle programming issues, and the programmers are not obsessive-compulsive like I am. I know at least one report like this is being investigated. If you haven't gotten a reply after two days, submit your request again.
