Yes this was changed a few weeks ago. The ship must be floating, and the output more than doubled.

This is something we found out recently and was corrected by me not so long ago.

Do we need a suggestion on the suggestion forum for making fishing while sailng possible, or is this thread sufficient? Because there were fishing nets build for the only purpose to fish during travelling. Even if it was a bug... with it's description on wikipedia for years ( http://wiki.cantr.net/index.php?title=S ... ldid=25203 ) it was something quite official

Nothing. But it did follow. Would it have never worked as it was written on the wiki you wouldn't have heard any complaint from me.

Many things not worked in way that their has been descripted by people on wiki I am often fixing it when I see this.
