Henkie wrote:Firstly I'd like to say how underestimated this topic is, when you feel good about someones RP, please just say it here! I see too few praises for what I alone can see through a mere 10 characters. So please people, I am bumping this and praising someone very specific so you will all hopefully remember how nice it is to see yourself or someone else be praised for his or her efforts!

I am for a change not going to say the character, but only the player.
MelloYell knows who I mean when I praise her for her consistency and a truly well played character. I am assuming she does it with all, but the one I have a character close to is a masterpiece. Not only did she surprise me in acting exactly how the RL me expected seeing her char's history, but also the feelings her character experienced were so perfectly "organized" that is helped to the deeper understanding of the character. All the things the RL me would see in a person came together to form reactions that made my day, more than once. I hereby praise MelloYell for her amazing play, and thank her for showing me why I returned to this game and for making me a part of this incredible game.

Thank you, MelloYell, you rule!

Agreed, thre are several of her chars that mine just couldn't live without.
When people tell me that great minds think alike, all I can do is look at them and think "oh you dirty, dirty bastard"

You, who speak like a mole from Redwall-- you make my heart all warm and fuzzy and I would hug you a million times over if I could.

From an anonymous player:

Trock: How can you be so rude and unpolite but so nice and sweet at the same time? You can’t imagine how much am I enjoying the RP of these days… and nights… Thank you!!

Heh, I wish I got to spend more time around him before we sailed off. Loki loved riling him up. XD

As I was telling to that anonymous player, I had a "suicide char" that was alive just for him. Great Rp Trock!

Shona - that paragraph blew my mind. It makes me ashamed of my own RP. I'll try to do better.

No! Don't do it, Doug! You're a simmer! If you go over to the light side, then all is lost!

If that's the Shona I'm thinking about, the one not known as Shona anymore - she really is awesome. Thumbs up there! :D

Although the amazing MelloYell has continued to please me greatly, there is a different character I would now like to shine some light on. She is not a very social one at the moment, and she is known by various names over time, but in her current form I can only say I greatly admire her player.

Niebla Gris. Or for the people who are not with her as of late, Sky Rambler.
I have not been given the pleasure of finding out who the brilliant mind behind this little charrie is, but then again I haven't made much of an effort either. Sky/Niebla/x/x/x You are a very well played character, with the patience to stay a very realistic character, even when there is so very very much room to create gigantic dramas. You have been played 'okay' when my char first met you, but as of late, you have really crawled out of your shell... And what a shell it was. Consistently played, realistically played, in general just a very good piece of cantr. I enjoy the time my character gets to spend with you, although my char might not always like you, you are, just like MelloYell, a mainstay during my time of play. Thank you very very much.

My oldest character has been involved in events lately that I do not need to go into detail here. However, having said that, I would like to take a moment to thank you very much for those of you willing to rp a less than ideal situation instead of letting your characters sleep, fall terminally ill, heart attack or otherwise oocly avoid it. A more specific praise will probably be posted at a later date, but most of you involved will know who I am speaking of. Thank you.

Sasha - Adorable! Very cute character. Enough to find her way into the hardest of hearts. Well done. It's been an absolute joy rp'ing with you.

Lenore - while our rp has always been fairly brief I've enjoyed it. She is also a very well played character. Looking forward to more interaction with her in the future.

I would like to second this very much. The both of you managed to soften my character's heart a great deal, and helped her see there was more to living than just getting things done, planning, and organization. :) Made my character's final years a true joy, along with many others that I will name at a later date, and still even more whom I'm sure I will accidentally leave out.

I couldn't entrust our combined accomplishments to greater characters, and I am glad you have such reliable friends to support you. ;) I like to think your "mama" will continue to watch over you both. :P
