PM notification arrived in Polish?

I got an email that I had mail in my inbox, but the notification was in Polish. Since my player profile is set to English, any idea what happened? Someone Accidentally copy the Polish into the English translation?

I got an email notification of a PM also (and even though I have it set to notify me of PMs, it's different now, and in Polish).

Did you actually have a PM in your inbox? I did.

Yes, I just assumed the polish it was an LD error

I've recently been receiving topic notification e-mails and PM e-mails both in Spanish. I mean, it's okay, I can read Spanish. But they used to arrive in English so it was confusing.

I'm receiving notifications without any problem, although I'm usually deleting them right away so I can't tell much more.

The last one I've received and the only one that hasn't been auto-deleted from my trash folder yet, is in English, and belongs to a PM thread that, I think, was created as a response to a thread on English forums. If it even can be among the language factors.
