Re: Character images
Awesome, raspberrytea. I get amazed each time I see how talented are some of my play mates.

Absolutely amazing.

When people tell me that great minds think alike, all I can do is look at them and think "oh you dirty, dirty bastard"

Re: Character images
I will show 4 of my dead characters, and 2 currently living ones. If you can identify them based on the picture and a short life story (or hint), you -may- win a prize!
Dead:
This flamboyant fellow enjoyed the finer things in desert life. He enjoyed singing, dancing, and being a goddess.
This once-rogue and suicidal man learned to live moderately happily while serving his town. Although he still felt under-appreciated for most of his life, he continued on dutifully-- fulfilling orders and such as he was needed... at least until his beloved passed away, at which time he returned to a dark place and eventually gave up on life for good.
This young troubadour spawned in a forest and lived under the guidance of his loved and cherished mentor. One day, people came and threatened to destroy the life that was found there for everyone. They succeeded in their task. While in the preparatory steps of escaping this oppressive regime, the cherished friend of this man spoken before lied on this mans behalf--potentially saving his hide while condemning himself. This man went on to grudgingly continue life in this new society, retreating to his books during times of hardship, all while trying to think of a way to escape this place or avenge his friend. He died unfulfilled--after a bout of the sleeping sickness. Some of his works may live on, however.
This charming rogue was spawned in a seaside town and joined up with two other men who were to set out for adventure on the seven seas. During the adventure, one of the other men died and his body was kept in the ship's hold. The captain of the ship learned to trust this surviving sailor, and devious plots were hinted at, every now and then. (Though never outright stated) The two sailed to a town in which very few people spoke English. There, this man took on a different identity and spoke to town leaders--claiming that the captain of a ship was a pirate and that he was being held against his will. The leaders of the town arrested the captain and searched the ship. Finding the dead body and perhaps other incriminating evidence (it was never fully understood by this character--he thought that he'd need to do a bit more persuading), the leaders turned the ship over to this character and took a share of the goods on board. They (apparently) killed the captain, and allowed this man to go on his way. He sailed blindly for many years on this ship before landing on an island and becoming a respected member of the community. Later in his life, he turned to politics before suffering a fatal heart attack while returning from a neighboring city.
Living:
This artistic and acrobatic man is currently in the process of writing a fantastic Shakespearean comedy while hoping to host a series of events in a theatre, soon.
Left in a once-grand city by who he thought would be loyal to him, he named himself the leader and hopes to restore the place to its former glory. Extra Hint: When in Rome, do as the Romans do.

I met him a few times. I wish our characters could have had more interactions with each other.

Re: Character images
I thought I had previously done avatars for them all and just didn't post them, but it seems I only did it for ones I felt were somewhat significant. Many can't be done justice by the avatars. By the way, I would pay money for someone to do a sketch or painting of the first one for me. I'll provide the additional descriptions if interested. :

Re: Character images
Me neither, just the best I could do with the avatars. Maybe I shouldn't have posted them, because I'd hate for people to conceive of them looking that way.
