Re: "Go back" problem
Echoman is aware of the problem and knows what caused it. He just needs to catch up a bit, as he's been unavailable.

lot of new POST method forms
Its nice to see i can click a few buttons to open in a new tab that was not working before, but the post method on some of them are making some good old routines (on people tab check char, browser back, check char, browser back) cumbersome. I dont see any good reason to use post these places, who fixed this could you fix it again with this usecase in mind?
Does Cantr have a bugtracker by the way?

Re: lot of new POST method forms
Cantr uses post pretty much everywhere. It has also implemented it's own session handling. We recently tested using standard session handling that is a lot less error prone, thus these changes. We will probably undo these changes, with the cost of storing temporary things in the database instead of the session.

Re: "Go back" problem
I have changed the session handling, so the browsers back button should now work as before again. Please report any problems if you encounter them.

Re: "Go back" problem
I've never had an issue before. So why would I change my settings if this is because of a recent change?

Re: "Go back" problem
Ok figured out I can force the issue by opening link as a new tab... this is not the right way to do this so sometihng isn't working correctly with the button... but I can start a project...

Re: "Go back" problem
I have tried all pages updated today, and I can use the forward button by clicking on it on all pages. Hitting the keyboard Enter will take you back to the previous page in most cases. If you still can't click the button, try a hard refresh (Ctrl + F5) and try again. Please let me know if you still can't continue and what browser you are using.

Re: "Go back" problem
Yes, I'm used to hitting enter to go forward. It was subconscious and a habit. Now it doesn't work, but I had to be actually concentrating to work out why I couldn't whisper, open actities etc. So now to re-train myself in forward buttons.....
