I couldn't agree more! That place somehow attracts the best personalities that somehow manage to work so well together.
I guess all my characters' personalities suck then, since I've never had a character there (even though I once passed up the opportunity to pass through there because my character had other things on her to-do list).
Well, it's a distinct possibility that I might have been exaggerating just a -little-. I think my one there is pretty decent and not one of my worst, but not my best either.
Also not the best does not mean suck.

Hell yes. It's all Mojo's fault though, no matter what he says to the contrary.
Mojo does it right, and does a good job of attracting and encouraging interesting RP'ers to live there and driving out those that mess up the flow there, which is how you need to run a fun town unless you really enjoy having to shoulder everything yourself every minute of every day.
