I was finally going to post a pic (because I know how much y'all re dying to see what I look like), but it's not working. Grr...Arrgh....

Yes, it's comicon. I was lucky enough to find a professor to be my adviser who has a knack for convincing the school that he is taking students to San Diego for research. This'll be my fourth summer there. I'd take that over a "real" education in another country anyday. :P

I am so jealous. I live locally and have been dying to go for years, but it's the busy season at my work and I have never been able to take the time off to go! Have fun for me fellow kat!

Turned my hair blonde last night...you can't tell in this pic really, but here I am....I'm 8 days away from being 30...some may think that going blonde is the sign of a mid life crisis, but really, I just feel better blonde.
