Aww, well I'm glad you've got some nice weather! Wouldn't mind it here, though.

I finally bought a generator after we lost power for almost 24hrs this week. A couple years ago the electricity was out for almost two weeks because of a bad storm. Soo ready to get out of this state.

I bought the cello I was renting today. Now I actually own a cello! :) And I got hired to play at someone's wedding! It'll be my first time actually getting paid to play the cello.
I also bought new running shoes. Yay. :D And I'm training for a 25k race on May 14th (15.53 miles).

I am so jealous about the race you are training for. I am giving the Half Marathon in May (the one I do every year) a miss this year because of health issues. There will be another one in October in another city, and I might just make that one. Good luck in advance!

Thanks! And yeah it's exciting. It's a big race, but this year I'm at the end of the age group (14-19), though my main goal is to finish in under 2 hours. Time for me to get back in shape. Last summer I did a Marathon.

Stop trying to get people to move there mikki! You all need to move to California with me!

On that note, we move into the house on Saturday! I can't believe it's here. I will be without internet for a few days though. :(

I don't know what state that is but I have a low list for the US. I'd really like to get back overseas somewhere.

You should come here. No matter where you go, you're pretty much only one hour from a beach, and it almost never snows (once or twice every ten years, and then it's only flurries, so it's not that cold), and lately we haven't been getting much rain. Sunshine for all!

See... I just need to win the lottery so I can move every 6 months. I actually like snow and skiing :P but I also like the beach and warmer weather.

There's never a case where you could get me to trade up a few snowstorms and blizzards for the constant threat of tropical storms and hurricanes.
