Oh, god!
That happens to me every time! (not just with MMORPG, but also with normal Computer games)

When, on your three-day weekend right before a major test that determines whether or not you get to graduate, you spend the first day doing nothing but Cantr (and taking five minutes to look at homework but not to actually do any of it), the second day you lurk sullenly throughout the house because your parents think you spend waaaaaay too much time on "that game" (which you do, but that's not the point) and maybe do fifteen minutes' worth of homework, and the third day pretending to study but really wishing you were on Cantr.

(No, I'm NOT doing this, but I AM addicted to Cantr. ;))

I'm not going to read all these to see if it's been said already but this almost really happened to me yesterday:

A friend was telling a joke and I went to laugh at it and almost said "He laughs" outloud.

When manipulating your work schedule to get online in synk with charters that your charters feel are important seems quite reasonable.

...You have one of those code pads on your car that unlocks it and you freak out for a few minutes because the door won't open. Then you realize you were typing in your Cantr ID instead of the code for the car.

When you're supposed to be typing up a new schedule for next year's classes, and the system keeps rejecting you because you keep typing in your Cantr ID instead of your student ID.

"But it says ID! ###### is my ID! Why won't it accept?!"
XD

Also: when you have a lot of the measurements for various things memorised and can recite them upon request without the wiki open or Cantr with the screen for that project

That freaks me out Snickie, not so much when I do it, because I am not that good yet, nor does it seem I ever will be.

But when someone else has that knowledge and doesn't seem willing or able to use it to build rather than block.

When you're able to identify a location after spawning a character by seeing only the small map and the resources list on the location page.

I was able to identify my latest newspawn's spawnplace like this:

You are outside in an area of grassland. There are 16 types of resources which can be gathered and you can see 89 animals
You are carrying nothing
There are 20 vehicles or buildings around you
And 26 other people in the location
On the ground there are 43 objects, 27 of these are notes
You can see 36 projects or activities of which 7 are being worked on

Me:  I know exactly where this is, and I am so screwed.

...when you start a new account saying "This time, it's only one character." By the time you notice, you're up to 10 already.
