Re: Character images
I'ld like to see Sydney and Jessy in a forest, with the light falling through the trees, getting married with everyone else looking on. And I draw with stick figures.

After what I did last time with Sydnie and Jessy, you'd get stick figures from me. You're lucky I had a drawing muse when I did! xD
Hmmm.....to post some images that would out my character.....or, to not post some images that would out my character.... ( not that they've not already been outed ¬¬ )

Re: Character images
I am happy to find a way to send some money to someone if it makes it easier.
I might only draw in stick figures myself, but I have some idea of what it takes to take a toon, 2-d image with no lighting or shading through to a full work.
I'll drop $50 on the barrel head, real AUS dollars not some pussy US currency. Might be worth one in four for what the art work is worth, but an hour and a bit of my time at a pissy job for whatever is offered.
Any takers?

Naranjita, you should definitely draw more. You have such an original style, I like it.

Scary? Yes. Fangirlscream from me? Yes.

The one on the left reminds me of a paler version of my character.
@Cwalen: I'll see what I can do. I don't require payment, but if you feel stalkerish enough to search me and my address....
Kidding, please don't, actually. I don't want my parents wondering why I'm getting Australian currency in the mail. My mom would be like, "Why are you getting packages of money from some man in Australia?" And more importantly: "Why does he have our address?" Which would probably lead to her making me quit Cantr forever, and if I wanted to keep playing I'd have to do it in secret under a new name, new email, and new Cantr account completely, and I wouldn't even be able to tell my dad about what I'm doing.

But I'll try to do something whenv I get time. I'm giving up another night in the week for about a month, so inspiration level will likely be low, but I'll get something done at some point, even if it's not nearly as dazzling as my other portrait (which, IMO, is the best portrait of that style I've ever done anyway).

I could give it a try, too. I wouldn't be opposed to taking money, but that's something that can be discussed after I've seen the result. The quality of my works is still too dependent on luck.

Pretty in pink.

I'm not sure if it's Pintsize from QC, or Belkar from OOTS...Doug R. wrote:Snickie wrote:-fangirlscream-

Re: Character images
I gave someone a call once, so I could speak what they didn't listen when I typed. She was surprised to hear me, despite the fact that I had told her I found her phone number.
Weird stalky behavior? It didn't adversely effect that relationship, I do investigate people and/or persona's I meet online.
The $50? some paper, charcoal or ink for someone/s who gets inspired to do something like that. There are ways of making the transfer very anonymous, I don't want my private phone number on public record either.
I am thinking a third party site like freelancer.com or one of the many alternatives. The money is transfered from a debit account to the third party and then into the account of the service provider, and then you pull it out whichever way you prefer.
I have seen two people put up drawings here, that I would be prepared to putting something towards, I am not offering, or could even afford commercial rates for artwork. I am offering a contribution towards materials so that some people who can draw better than stick figures might think more about drawing Sydney and Jessy and the whole blue family.

Nice work, Naranjita.
Which equpment did you use to draw this?

Not sure if I should mention the charries' names, so I leave that open for now. Perhaps someone manages to guess them.

Wow! I'm impressed by the way you use the shadows to texturizing and adding volume to your draws. I only play with paint...
