The positive side of Passover cleaning--

Found so far this year:

My portfolio, filled with important papers (i.e. my study lists for Scrabble® and lojban), missing since one of the actors in my play removed it during a rehearsal.

My wolly cap/hat my wife gave me for a "meetaversary" present in January that just is too small to keep in my coat sleeve, and too big to keep in my coat pocket, so constantly hits the floor.

The DVDs we borrowed from my sister-in-law during our last trip to Virginia (Willy Wonka and the Chocolate factory, Tarzan, and...something else)

(and the usual assortment of you know, billions of Legos, pens, pencils, game pieces, toys, coins, etc. I'm just highlighting stuff that has actually been missed by their owners)

Still missing:
An Arthur book from the public library from my 7yo.
(This is unusual. We usually manage to turn up ALL missing library books during Passover cleaning).

Ugh! Idiots that hold such a grudge that they transfer anything they think was done wrong onto the person they have a grudge against! And go around blasting their mouths off to people about how wrong it was- even to the real person that did it. It's even more infuriating when the issue was not ever wrong in the first place!

After such a messed up day, this was what made me rofl: "Mummy, if I had hardly any hair at all, and my spine grew out of my back, I would look like Gollum, but if I had a bow on my head I'd be a girl and called Gollie". I really couldn't explain the train of thought behind this, nor why I found it so hilariously funny (maybe something to do with the impression she did).
We are obsessed with Lord of the Rings (both the books and the films) these days, in case you couldn't tell.

I've never gone without biting my nails a day in my life. I just wanted to know what normal nails felt like. they're strangely cumbersome, like I feel like they get in the way of things, and they get dirty really easily. wtf?
