HARRY!

My hair's a rebellious mess. Though, granted, it's far more tame since I sheared it years ago. I can leave it down all day without having to worry about the tangled mess.
I've got the same hair type as Vega, methinks. I'd be happier with my hair if it was just smoother. It grows at all sorts of odd lengths at times so it never quite settles down.

My hair is long, straight, and brown. I inherited the thinness of my dad's hairs (as it pertains to the individual hair) and texture and oiliness from my dad, and the full headedness of my mom's hair. I think I also inherited her hairline.

It doesn't hold curls or anything, though. I've had it professionally styled and it'd half-fallen by the time I went to bed that night (some five hours later). I've tried twisting it and/or braiding it and sleeping like that while it was still wet, I've tried moussing it and blowdrying it like that. Scrunching doesn't work, I might as well have not messed with it in the first place.

But I don't get why people try to change the texture of their hair. If they have curly or even just barely wavy hair, they want to straighten it. If it's straight (although this is a much less frequently seen scenario for me), they want it scrunched or curled or something. I know I just mentioned what I can't do with my straight hair (I.e. curl it), but that doesn't mean I want to change it.

I have very thick and full hair with long, dark waves & curls. I love it the way it is. I had it straightened a few times, but I'd never do it again because a) It takes too long and it's not in my nature to sit still that long, b)I don't quite like it and it makes me feel as if I look like a stranger, c) It never stays straight for long, so it's a waste of time and money.
I'm one of the rare people who are really happy with what they've got, and have my mum for the texture and fullness, and dad for the colour to thank for. P's hair is exactly the same as mine, and she seems happy with it, hope that lasts.
I loooooove red hair, though. Temptations, temptations...

My hair is the only part of myself I'm really happy with. It's absolutely straight, thin, soft (people tells me that I have a baby hair), and really dark. And I don't mean dark brown, is deep dark -black-. When I was younger, it reflected the sunlight in blue. Sometimes, it still does.
Now, age and stress are bringing to it these occasional white hairs. I've never dyed my hair, and I don't want to, but, if this doesn't stop.... *sighs*
Anyways, I think it's cool. Thanks, dad! (I wish I had his greenish grey eyes too, but, oh, well. Mum's eyes are genetically stronger)

Oh, I hate Harry Potter a little... Just because he've almost killed me.
One of my room-mates in Italy managed to had a real-size poster of him. One of those of cardboard, which you can put wherever and remains standing up.
He lived in front of my door and I got the frights of my live. Then my friend move him to behind the door and it was worst.
It's a little scaring when you enter your empty room and you see somebody behind the door...
