Strange event on the road

The following event occurred while I was traveling on foot:

3175-0.31: Vous voyez un homme dans la vingtaine entrer dans , en provenance de Gepard.

Is it possible to exit or enter a vehicle while traveling? I didn't think it was.

i saw it too in english
it happens occassionally. its a bug.

I've heard of the so called hosts before, but I guess this is the first time I've actually seen it since I started playing again. I may have noticed them the other times I played, but it's been a while.

Thanks for clearing it up.
