Re: FORUM SERVER CHANGE - 1/21/2011
I don't know if it is part of the forum change, or just some other problem that I am not aware of in using the tool appropriately.
I had been using the top right link "View active topics" and assumed that I had been aware of all of the new posts in the last 7 days as the tool suggested. Turns out that I have spent most of my time here not being as in touch with recent developments as I assumed I was.

I looked into this, this apparently has not worked correctly since the forums were updated to PHPBB3. I think that was back in august or sept. PHPBB3 defaulted the option to "no" for allowing active topics. I have enabled all forums to be set to "yes" now. This won't be a retroactive thing, but it should work correctly in the future.

Re: FORUM SERVER CHANGE - 1/21/2011
This may or may not be related to the server change: I get logged out of my forum session after only a short period of inactivity - it takes less than an hour, I think. I check the "log me in automatically" box when I log in, but that doesn't happen.

Still the same problems, as stated before.
Is there anything going to happen? Did you hear from Jos?

We have heard from Jos. It's just a matter of him finding the time to do what he needs to do.

Jos has now made the changes, and it seems everything is working fine again. There should be no need to use the IP-address in the address field anymore.
