I don't even eat candy unless it's at no charge whatsoever.
I say no to chocolate and coffee.
But I love starchy foods like bagels, doughnuts, croissants (I must've eaten about twenty of them in my seven days on that ship), pasta, gnocchi, some pastries, et cetera.
Even when we have cookies, home-made or store-bought, I rarely eat them, and oftentimes I have to be reminded that we have them. The same goes for ice cream. We've a half-gallon tub of ice cream sitting in our freezer that's been sitting there at least a month, and it's maybe a quarter eaten. I got it so I could make peanut-butter banana milkshakes with it, but it hasn't happened yet. :?
I've taken an extraordinarily strong liking to tea lately.

I can't stand the smell of most energy drinks, especially Monster, Red Bull, and coffee, and half of the taste is in the smell, or so they say. Therefore I usually just suck it up and resort to things like pinching myself (which doesn't work) and texting (Cantring, which usually works) during boring lectures to keep myself awake.

I'm now seriously convinced that Snickiedoo is a friend of mine in disguise.
Absolutely everything of that last post mirrors one of my friend's.

O.o

Also, work. Dude today was half an hour late, we never told him. He was jolly. I called him by the wrong name all day xD
Should go study.
Work tomorrow. Court Monday.

Joy...

You're lucky. At my house, when I buy a half-gallon of ice cream, I'm lucky if it still exists the next night, when I want to have some....

I haven't tried energy drinks yet, but not that Red Bull, I might, one time, just to taste. I can't get psychologically over the expense, though.

I'm kind of terrified of energy drinks and the only ones I've tried are two flavors of Java Monster. I'll only drink them when I end up needing to pull an all-nighter and it can only be one can; I tried two once and it made me sick. I love tea and hate coffee, but I'll drink coffee in the morning if I wasn't able to sleep much the previous night. I would probably drink tea daily, but I don't want my body to become too used to caffeine, like it was before I quit drinking soda. So except for the occasional cup of tea, I only drink caffeine when it's necessary and even then I'll try to avoid it. I dislike being dependent on the stuff.

Also, a couple years back during finals week, I stayed awake for two days straight and had so much caffeine in my system that my body literally wouldn't accept anything else - I couldn't even drink water! So yeah, caffeine scares me. (Plus side: I aced those finals.)

I've no siblings, and my dad is the same way usually. '"We had ice cream in the freezer? Well why haven't we eaten it yet?" "I dunno." *shrugs and walks away, usually without ice cream*'

I know, I'm insane. lol

I don't think I've had even a sip of soda in almost a year. Even the smell turns me off, it's like sniffing syrup. Don't do sweets very often at all, not even chocolate although I can live with the taste of dark chocolate now. I prefer salty/crunchy snacks but not if they're greasy (ie: don't like potato chips). Savory defines most of my favorite foods.

Coffee I would not want to do without and it's not even about the caffeine - I started drinking half-caff years ago. It's just a nice, warm bit of divine bliss in the morning. Love the flavor of coffee.

I do like ice cream but I rarely buy it.

Okay, I should definitely not try to post things when we have company over.. that was incoherent.. When I wrote:

That was supposed to say:

I like frozen sugary foods the most, hate pastries, and baked cake and things.

Ice cream/Ice cream cake/Ice pops supremacy!

Hell, my diet consists of like:

Bagels+Cream Cheese
Scrambled Eggs
Mac n' Cheese
Ice pops <3
Ham Sandwiches

I DON'T UNDERSTAND YOU!
Walking into a gourmet chocolate shop or a krispy kreme is enough to give me spasms of crazy want. I once seriously considered trying chocolate covered bacon, but decided it was best left two separate things.
I can not STAND energy drinks, much for the same reason I don't really like alcohol--it's not sweet enough.
I drink Dr. Pepper so I can go without cookie dough or candy bars, which are more expensive. I think some of my favorite chocolates (which is my favorite sweet) are Ferrero Rondroir, and they are delicious, and I can track down the marshmallow aisle of a grocery store better than a bloodhound.
Dark chocolate truffles are definitely the best thing in the entire world.

Chocolate covered bacon is awesome. You can also make candied bacon which is really easy. Put the oven on 350. Lay bacon strips across a cookie sheet (one with edges on it). Sprinkle brown sugar. Bake for 8 minutes. Flip bacon. Sprinkle more brown sugar. Bake 8 more. Tahdah! It's so amazingly good.

>.> I then made Candied Bacon Chocolate Chip Cookies :D

Chocolate + bacon =

I usually start my morning with tea. With coffee if I'm really tired. Energy drinks don't seem to have an effect on me.
I really like dark chocolate, but I'm not obsessed about it. I think I haven't eaten any in 2011 yet. Cookies are OK.
I don't like ice cream.
Soda: I agree with Seko on that. I hate that after I drink it feels like my teeth are dirty or already disintegrating from the acids. (As a side note, we have those "earliest appointment is in 3-4 months" here as well. ). I prefer drinking water, fruit juices, beer and wine.

I'm a caffeine addict, so, lots of coffee (-good- coffee, not that dirty water some people calls coffee) and diet soda (I don't like it too sweet, ugh). And, acid is good! What do you think you have in your stomachs, guys?

Chocolate is good in every way, I love it, and I use it a lot in my "homemade pastries". People say I'm good at that. Butter honey and cinnamon cookies are one of my specialties.

I want to rub myself into all of what you are talking about, it sounds DELICIOUS.
Indigo, can I steal you and have you live in my cupboard and make sweets for me, please? It's okay, you won't be alone, Armulus will be there too.

I got the 3-4 months appointment just to fix what ever happens to be troubling me the worst this time. The queue for regular checkup appointments is at least 6 months. Last time my teeth were bothering me, it turned out there were no actual cavities, just gum infection and dental calculus, but there had been cavities on the way that had sort of fixed themselves because I'd been brushing so much. I'm kinda confused how that could happen since as far as I know, enamel doesn't grow back, so I guess there were superficial cavities that stopped having infected material in them. The purpose of drilling is to remove infected material so if said material has been brushed away, there's no need to drill but they also won't fill the pit since I guess it doesn't go too deep. Yet it bothers me that I have irregularities on the surface of my teeth, for example the first premolar on upper left hand side has a horizontal groove on it because when I had braces, plaque would gather around the metal bits glued to my teeth and it caused corrosion in that particular tooth. Also there's a vertical crack on one of my molars, and it's a bit discolored but I assume there's no actual cavity because it's not sensitive to touching. It just irritates me because it feels rough when I touch it with my tongue, and of course plaque is more likely to gather in crannies like that.

You don't have to steal and lock me in your cupboard for that, phoenixannwn. There would be a lot more of fun (and sweets) if you'd have me free.
