Characters that irritate you/yours -

Another extremely annoying thing I've encountered: people telling you they'll aim at your ear (for example) and cut it off, alleging later that whatever you say won't matter, you won't have an ear.
The only way I found to solve this matters is to either ignore them or OOCily telling them they can't do that. But I hate OOCing. So there... Whoever does this, learn to RP.

Just decribe how the offending character is hit by a meteor. Maybe they understand the hint.

Teenage girls who laugh annoyingly when someone walks by and even more after the someone scowls at them because of that. Whoooops sorry, you meant Cantr characters! I guess something like that doesn't happen in Cantr. It seems to require the presense of a group of friends that will automatically echo your laugher, since a person who randomly started snickering without a friendly audience would appear retarded or insane.

And attach the ones who get pissy because the character sleeps for a slightly longer than usual period because I, the player, have a mothereffin' life and job, etc and the other player suddenly decides their character is mad about it, just b/c they are.

^ Well, I used that once to get rid of one char -in game- I just took the chance. If the player got annoyed because he/she thought it was an ooc reason.... maybe it was he/she who needed to separate game from life.
