I hate being an insomniac. It's 2 AM and I have to go to work in five hours...at least my characters are happy.

Try not to keep the rest of us up then, yeah? That crap is catching!

my life re-he-he-heaaally sucks. (Though, not really)

In talking to someone, I just said that I did not keep track of time or days, my days were separated into days of obligation (days I work or have some sort of responsibility on) and days I get to spend being a hibernating bear and just gaming all day. This made me a little sad. Though, I suppose, not as sad as say the day I neglecting showering for gaming. Or, the fact that I find that Batman is, once again, interfering with my life.

S'cool, though. I'm better. Was having a rough time and dealt with it with immersing myself in gaming.


So, basically, to summarize, I have a problem which only became a problem because I wanted to drown out the other problem(s) and I succeeded.

My father has been away for hours, and he threatened to kill himself yesterday. And while bringing mail around today I saw him drive past. It was really weird that, that happened. And 15 minutes ago he started to send messages to my mother about this is the end and he can't go on and farewell. For those who doesn't know my mother left my father and is in love with another guy and my father is destroyed.

Thanks. He was already at dinner yesterday saying he would commit suicide. But because he also added things to that about my mother's sister who also has tried to end her life many times. So I thought he was saying those things to hurt my mother because she has hurt him a lot. So I figured it was the phase of using anything in words to hurt the other. His sister also tried to contact him the last 30 minutes but nothing. He also said in a message that he was going home, farewell... That could mean two things. Either he decided to go on with his life. Or to end it and meaning with home something else.

I've sorta had an itch to watch that series again. It was one of the few animes on TV when i was younger. I also heard there is a remastered version and its super popular in italy right now.

This is when you call the police, they find him, put him up for observation and let him calm the heck down for a few days.

That's not true. Being suicidal is often a state that will pass, given time and help. I don't know the law, but I am pretty sure that repeated suicide threats would justify involuntary commitment to a hospital, at least long enough for a professional evaluation.

Well, and very often, if someone wants -really- to end his/her life, doesn't talk about it, just do it.
I wish I had some good advice to offer, but I haven't. I really hope it's just a threaten, because he's so hurt. I hope he will realize that those wounds end healing, that the hurt doesn't last forever, and it becomes easy to live with it, with time.
