I guess, then, that it is a legitimate respons simply to rp the first real 'answerable' event, and be damned.

Let's be reasonable here... if i
1. run up to you screaming and shouting... then
2. Jump on you and knock you over... and then
3. I tied you up... and then
4. i poked your eye out...

Would I be surprised to learn that you kicked my arse after 1. or 2.? No.

Lol. If you're confronted with godmoding, answer with alternative timelines.

If something like that would happen to mine I would inform the player of that I would have been able to stop it if was giving the chance and for that reason the rp after that didn't happen. And if it does keep going from where the other one rped I would inform pd. Well if they would even pay attention to it. But it would be forcing someone else to rp something while not needed so isn't that somehow against a rule?

The worse part is that I know a player who does this, and this player frequently writes in this thread!
Oh please get the damn hint!!!!

How do you do this?

And also: characters that irritate me the most. HUMANOIDS. (get the hint, darn you!)
Seriously dude... the fuck..?
*inhales deeply*
I am really pissed today. :x

Something I've said before: whispered emotes. You people are so... cheap! (That's the word I can come up with)
Now that I've overheard quite a few, I withdraw what I said before about wanting to hear something nasty :| ...
I did.... I can't believe people actually do that through whispers, right in the middle of the effin' town!
Get a fucking room! Or go to the verge of the damn road if you're poor!!! Just like in real life!

Actually none of my chars ever overheard something like that, but I do agree that it should be done in private with no one else around. Or they do that because it's more exciting because they can get caught lol

Two chars I met in the forest once were doing it behind a bunch of trees and were overheard more than once by different people, and every time whoever heard it would comment about how noisy the animals were that day. It was actually kinda funny. Lol

LOL At least they were "hiding" out of plain view. One of mine told a couple to find a large rock to go behind and do their thing. There were no buildings and it was a grassland. They still whispered but at least that way it could be RP'd as not being in view for my char.

I'm trying to get better at not emoting in whispers, but I'm not going to stop whispering every time my char smiles or something that others might not notice.

Well, if someone writes *he runs up to Alice screaming and shouting, then jumps on her, knocking her over. He ties her up and pokes her eye out* you have to counter with *she turned to Barney when he came running at her and calmly evaded his jump with an elegant sidestep. Taking advantage of Barney's confusion, she gave him a quick kick in the family jewels*.

Doubly interesting when the char was previously RP'd as being quite weak.

Along the same lines- 3 or 4 people having a group discussion or activity, and one char seems to never step away from the keyboard and responds to each post, advancing the conversation/activity without giving all the others time to respond. Irritation rockets to new levels when the super-poster has the nerve to call the others on sleeping when less than a few game minutes have passed.

Sometimes, or most times, they leave the room before you get a chance to react.
Another extremely annoying thing I've encountered: people telling you they'll aim at your ear (for example) and cut it off, alleging later that whatever you say won't matter, you won't have an ear.
The only way I found to solve this matters is to either ignore them or OOCily telling them they can't do that. But I hate OOCing. So there... Whoever does this, learn to RP.

And wonders why, when locking like 4 people out of an event with super-posting and god-modding everyone is suddenly 'asleep' ...because 5 mins passed and everyone was like.. "whelp. So much fer that" and if they were like me, just wanted to get out of there, since the moment had passed xD

But other than all that, I really -do- love the character. I can't help it. It's why I forgive such irritations. <3
