Perhaps we could make it so that cantrians only develop legs at the age of 21 or something. Before that they have to flop around on the ground.

It would stop them from running at least.

To be fair, if they're insulting you they're technically RPing.

Nobody said you had to play a nice character or even a sensible one, it's entirely possible they're legitimately just RPing an asshole with zero impulse control...I've played a few like that myself that started off in a similar way, and one or two wound up pretty successful.

Well... I won't call a good RP just saying something like "bitch" and then running away, but that's only me. If someone wants to play an asshole, it's okay with me, go ahead, but, please, do it with some good taste (I've met several "ashole chars", and some of them were pretty well played, annoying my chars, but not -me-). That's where the difference lives, Marian.

Well okay, if that's all there was to it sounds like you had the right idea then. I've seen some people just right off any sort of newspawn thief as bad or nonexistent RP which is why I spoke up, but in this case I'd take it a step further and report him in the suicidal newspawns thread, actually. If someone decides they just have to get their character killed they should at least do it with style, but this sounds like pure laziness.

I get what they're doing, but it's...eugh. My character abhores her already, and she's said like 5 words. I've never understood creating a character entirely to be annoying. Evil, maybe, but not annoying.
And really? "Ah snap!"? You sound like my mom imitating a black person.

Characters who type lol, or post smilies like you would in the chat room. It's irritating. This is roleplay, not a chatroom or msn.
