docking issue

Postby berserk9779 » Wed Dec 08, 2010 10:28 pm

When I try to cancel docking for my character in the longboat Mkicking, very close to olipifirovash, I get kicked out and I get the message "you cannot view other players events"

The other character in there cannot cancel the docking either

An update, the "cancel docking" button has disappeared completely now.

The "cancel docking" button is visible if there are more than 2 turns until the vessel is supposed to dock. Don't ask me why this limit is there, but apparently it has been there for a very long time. That's why the button disappears.

The bug is fixed. Let me know if something out of the ordinary happens with docking.

I think the limit was introduced because if people were fighting over the controls of a boat, they could keep starting and canceling docking all the time, and if someone got kidnapped by pirates, they'd have about a 0% chance of managing to dock back ashore because there were usually more than one enemy on the boat.
